Download & install the desktop agent
From your dashboard, download the lightweight Windows agent and install it on your shop PC — the one connected to your printer. It needs no technical skill: next, next, finish.

- Any printer with proper Windows drivers works — no special hardware needed.
Pair with Shop ID + secret key
Your dashboard shows a Shop ID and a secret API key. Enter both into the agent and hit Connect. The agent links your PC to your shop and starts reporting your printer's live status.
- Keep your secret key private — it's the password between your PC and our cloud.
- You can rotate the key anytime from the dashboard if a staff member leaves.
Print your QR poster
Download your shop's ready-made QR poster from the dashboard and print it. Stick it on your counter, glass door, or shop shutter where customers can see it.
